Overview

The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison role is a field-based position on the marketing team that will focus on thought leader identification, development, and engagement.

In Short

• Develop and execute KOL engagement strategy.
• Manage speaker’s bureau and congresses.
• Assist with thought leader development and training.
• Attend live and virtual HCP programming.
• Conduct business discussions with thought leaders.
• Plan and execute strategic key thought leader engagements.
• Gain and record insights from thought leaders.
• Work with the Marketing team on content creation.
• Collaborate with Commercial team on engagement.
• Work collaboratively with various teams on initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience in healthcare/pharma/biotech.
• Experience in nephrology required.
• Experience in product marketing, field sales, or thought leader engagement.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven track record for meeting goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
