Overview

The Director of Integrated Field Insights & Analytics plays a key role in transforming functional area strategies by bridging insights and capabilities from Insights and Decision Science (IDS) with business needs, enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making at Novartis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master of Science and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
• Minimum 3 years of domain expertise in secondary data analytics, data science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong background in integrating insights across diverse data sources.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Hands-on experience working with senior executives.
• Ability to refine analyses and influence strategic recommendations.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
