The Insights and Decision Science (IDS) team at Novartis is focused on improving decision-making through data and advanced analytics. This role integrates brand-level analytics with field operations to enhance the effectiveness of field teams across various therapy areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience in analytics and data science.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with KPI development.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
