Overview

The Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) is a field-based role that provides education on access and reimbursement topics to accounts within their assigned geographies, ensuring patient access to Novartis products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech industry.
• Experience in Patient Services, Market Access, or account management.
• Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement pathways.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in leading presentations to C-level executives preferred.
• Strong customer-centric mindset.
