The Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement, is a remote role focused on providing education and support regarding access and reimbursement topics for Novartis products in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Patient Services, Market Access, or Sales.
• Experience with complex healthcare systems.
• Strong understanding of Commercial payers and Medicare.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with specialty products and patient support programs.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Must reside within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license required.
