Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) is responsible for providing education on access and reimbursement topics to defined accounts, focusing on complex systems of care and ensuring patient access to Novartis products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech.
• Experience with complex healthcare systems and patient services.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement pathways and payer policies.
• Ability to analyze problems and offer strategic solutions.
• Experience in leading presentations to executives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and market access strategies.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
