Overview

The Access & Reimbursement Manager is responsible for providing education and support on access and reimbursement topics within assigned territories, acting as the local market access expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy products and account management.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare coverage.
• Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions.
• Excellent presentation and teamwork skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage travel expenses.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple products.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
