Overview

The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is responsible for providing education on access and reimbursement topics to healthcare accounts within the Rocky Mountains region. This role involves being a local market access expert, analyzing reimbursement issues, and collaborating with various internal teams to support patient access.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with specialty pharmacy products
• Knowledge of Medicare policies and processes
• Ability to manage multiple products and accounts
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Understanding of patient privacy laws
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to travel at least 50%
• Valid driver’s license required
