Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and support to our valued clients at U Trust Insurance Agency LLC.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests via phone or email.
• Forward inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Issue certificates of insurance and verify coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
• Proven customer service experience (insurance experience a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
