Overview

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment, serving as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer service experience required, insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Good organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and professional.
