Overview

The Senior Contracts Specialist will manage the lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, focusing on proposal development, negotiation, and compliance.

• Manage and support the lifecycle of government and commercial contracts.
• Create proposals and support negotiations.
• Interpret contracts and oversee their execution.
• Act as a resource for ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Negotiate and administer NDAs and other contractual documents.
• Support sales teams with contract inputs for proposals.
• Guide teams on regulatory compliance.
• Maintain auditable contract files.
• Serve as a Company Signatory Authority for contracts.
• Prepare and track export/import licenses for compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Commercial and/or government contract administration experience required.
• Background reviewing terms and conditions agreements required.
• Proposal development and negotiation of legal documents experience required.
