Overview

As a Senior Contracts Specialist, you will lead strategic and legal initiatives within the Middle East and Africa region, providing sales-related contract services with minimal supervision.

In Short

• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and transaction documents.
• Take the lead on complex international and multi-BU project contracts.
• Act as Contracts Lead for Global Strategic Accounts.
• Interface with customers and legal team to close deals.
• Analyze business, financial, and legal risks.
• Research existing agreements and assist with data analysis.
• Provide contract-related guidance to stakeholders.
• Participate in the approval process for informed business decisions.
• Develop creative solutions for negotiation points.
• Mentor and train Contracts Trainees and Negotiators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a contracts-related role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Completion of IACCM Advanced Contract and Commercial Management Practitioner preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Excellent oral and written English and French skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Contract law and principles.
