As a Product Reliability Engineer at Twin Health, you will apply deep system techniques and product knowledge to investigate, triage, and resolve complex issues while providing exceptional product support.

In Short

Be the technical expert on Twin products.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues from support channels.
Analyze issues to identify root causes and develop solutions.
Partner with product and engineering management to improve product quality.
Build process and troubleshooting documentation.
Provide training and knowledge transfer.
Work on technical and non-technical projects.
Build tools to automate manual tasks.
Participate in the weekend on-call rotation.
Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in Product Support or related fields.
1-2 years of programming experience.
2 years of project management experience.
Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
Strong experience with Rest API.
Excellent analytical skills using SQL.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk and Salesforce.
Strong communication skills.
