• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Product SRE (Site Reliability Engineer).
• Take ownership of debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving production escalations.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents to ensure minimal downtime.
• Proactively monitor application health and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools.
• Conduct thorough post-incident reviews to identify root causes.
• Partner with software engineers, QA, and product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant SRE experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex issues in SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform.
• Knowledge of debugging relational databases.
• Experience with incident management tools and processes.
