Overview

The Member Support Specialist will be the first line of contact for all Twin Members and Care teams to troubleshoot support escalations or queries related to the Twin digital product and experience, sensor-related escalations, and/or queries related to Product/service.

In Short

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all client issues.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure best customer experience.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on support cases.
  • Work with third-party vendors to resolve healthcare device issues.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate support issues as needed.
  • Contribute to resource development for common tools.
  • Monitor and review support levels provided to customers.
  • Manage escalated customer support issues effectively.
  • Be available for on-call duties during holidays/weekends.

Requirements

  • Completed a post-secondary program preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Passionate about member success and healthcare experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Benefits

  • Compensation range of $21.00-$24.00 hourly.
