Member Support Pro Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Member Support Pro Associate at Tide, you will provide first-class support to our paid account members, primarily through phone communication, while also engaging in chat and email support as needed.

In Short

• Communicate daily with customers mainly over the phone
• Provide support over chat and email
• Follow established procedures and improve processes
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience
• Handle banking challenges like transactions and payments
• Mentor new team members
• Monitor usage and identify new opportunities
• Participate in training to elevate skills
• Work on shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to customers on the phone
• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience
• Very good verbal and written English (C1 or higher)
• Experience with industry tools like Kustomer and GSuite
• Upbeat and energetic with problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to self-drive and multitask
