Side is looking for a Part-Time Spanish Player Support Advocate to deliver top-tier support to gamers and loyal customers in a global, multilingual environment.

In Short

  • Part-Time position (30 hours per week).
  • Deliver excellent customer service to gamers.
  • Resolve technical issues raised by customers.
  • Communicate effectively in a dynamic team structure.
  • Work within agreed response times for customer queries.
  • Maintain a world-class service focused on quality.
  • Identify trends in customer queries.
  • Work UK hours while being remote.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish & English (reading & writing).
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative in a multilingual team.
  • Logical thinking with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with PC/console gaming is a plus.
  • Comfortable discussing technical issues related to gaming hardware.
  • IT literacy or experience in Customer Service/Technical Support is beneficial.
  • Ability to multitask across chats, emails, and calls.
  • Passion for helping and delivering the best customer experience.
