Overview

As one of our Player Support Advocates, you will be an ambassador for our brand and your role will be to provide 1st line Technical and Customer support to our clients’ customers. You should be calm, technically minded, and have a pro-active and positive "can do" attitude. Your goal will be to make the customer journey as seamless as possible.

In Short

  • Provide 1st line Technical and Customer support.
  • Ensure queries are answered with a focus on first-time resolution.
  • Respond to customer queries within agreed response times.
  • Resolve technical issues through fault finding analysis.
  • Communicate effectively within a dynamic team structure.
  • Maintain a world-class, dedicated service.
  • Identify trends in customer queries with colleagues.
  • Work primarily through non-voice communications.
  • Be trained to communicate via telephone when necessary.
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail and professionalism.
