Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role, preferably in a SaaS or IT company.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • High level of empathy and proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with video calls, voice calls, and live chat support.
