Overview

Convera is seeking a Customer Support Associate (French speaker). In this role, you will provide internal support to the sales/operations group and may act as a liaison to clients.

In Short

  • Handle incoming telephone calls and emails from both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information input into SFDC.
  • Provide transaction monitoring and reporting for agreed clients.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Client, and Operations.
  • Maintain focus on personal and team goals with adherence to SLAs.
  • Offer support and advice to internal and external clients.
  • Deliver professionally constructed email communications.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is required.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Professional telephone manner and rapport-building skills.
  • Experience in a high-volume service delivery environment.
  • Familiarity with financial services is desirable.
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with self-motivation.
  • Ability to implement efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to build supportive relationships with key business contacts.
