Overview

Twilio is seeking an Onboarding Operations Specialist (L1) to join our global Onboarding and Compliance team. In this role, you will work directly with customers and internal teams to support Toll-Free Verification onboarding, ensuring adherence to carrier and regulatory requirements.

In Short

  • Work with customers on onboarding and compliance.
  • Conduct KYC checks and verify brand legitimacy.
  • Perform QA on verification submissions.
  • Analyze processes to detect patterns and optimize workflows.
  • Handle escalations for complex cases.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve compliance enforcement.
  • Maintain process documentation and support team efficiency.
  • Provide high-quality support via email and Slack.
  • Investigate verification issues and develop solutions.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or operations role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
