Overview

This position is needed to support the company’s exponential growth. This role will be a critical member of our People (HR) team responsible for handling compliance matters relating to employment in the Asia Pacific Region (APAC).

• Join Twilio as HR Compliance Program Lead for APAC/APJ.
• Support compliance with employment laws across the Asia Pacific region.
• Consult and collaborate with People and Legal teams on compliance matters.
• Track and implement new legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and oversee audit processes and internal controls.
• Conduct mandatory HR compliance training for APAC employees.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for compliance.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in high-growth technology organizations is a plus.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR or employment and labor law experience.
• Subject matter expertise in regulatory areas affecting HR.
• Knowledge of APAC employment laws, especially in India.
• Experience in policy and procedure development.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated project management experience is desired.
