Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer/technical support.
  • Strong customer focus and active listening skills.
  • Experience with financial management software like Salesforce, Quickbooks, or Zuora.
  • Ability to manage high workloads and prioritize effectively.
  • Italian language proficiency is a plus.
