Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Twilio, you will lead technical on-boarding with clients to deploy Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP), guiding them through their initial deployment and ongoing evolution.

In Short

• Help customers instrument Segment APIs across their stack.
• Complete on-boarding engagements within budget and scope.
• Design a data structure for integrations or SQL warehouses.
• Guide customers on syncing event and profile data.
• Develop and iterate on internal processes for consistency.
• Work closely with the product team to improve customer success.
• Become a guide on the Segment platform and help improve it.

Requirements

• Experience delivering technical engagements in a consultation environment.
• Ability to work with diverse customers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with SQL and data architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud and data warehouse technologies.
• Solid client-side JavaScript skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
