Requirements

• 14+ years of experience with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing software teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in building Agent/Supervisor experiences.
• Technical expertise in cloud technologies and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, ReactJS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong belief in automation and agile methodologies.
• Experience in end-to-end service management.
