Twilio.org is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Strategic Sales team, working with nonprofits and public sector organizations to enhance communication strategies.

In Short

• Assist with pricing and deal workflows
• Oversee and maintain CRM records
• Act as an internal liaison across multiple departments

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales support or account management experience
• Results-driven and detail-oriented
• Collaborative approach with a “can do” attitude
• Basic understanding of enterprise operations
• Strong advocacy for customers internally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with proficiency in spreadsheets and documents
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
