Overview

This role will serve as a critical force multiplier for our growth team, enabling them to maintain consistent, high-quality engagement with prospects while focusing their time on strategic decision-making and relationship-building.

In Short

  • Draft professional email correspondence and LinkedIn messages to potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Monitor and update our sales pipeline to ensure deals continue to progress.
  • Manage correspondence prioritization to ensure timely responses.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent English proficiency.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Help implement and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing materials for sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Background in sales support, operations or business development support.
  • Familiarity with the financial services or B2B SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience supporting US-based executives or sales teams.
