The People Advisory Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting high-growth startups by managing foundational, compliance, and strategic People Operations.

• Serve as the primary People Operations contact for 15-20 clients.
• Partner with startup founders to establish strong People Operations foundations.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver client-focused support.
• Guide clients on hiring and talent acquisition strategies.
• Administer employee engagement surveys and provide insights.
• Manage essential client employment data and ensure compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for clients.
• Conduct audits to maintain accurate employment records.
• Develop policies that support client growth and compliance.
• Act as a liaison between clients and HRIS providers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR/People Operations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with HR tools such as Rippling and Gusto.
• Passion for working with startups.
