Sales Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking to add a passionate Sales Support Specialist to our team! This is a remote role, open to candidates across Canada.

In Short

• Develop growth strategies and plans
• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Increase client base and develop external sales channels
• Promote business image via social media and other marketing platforms
• Track sales progress and develop monthly sales targets
• Manage sales and client care
• Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities
• Generate quotes for clients
• Run monthly sales reporting and provide summary to senior management

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a Business Development role
• Experience in the janitorial and hospitality business
• Knowledge of housekeeping and commercial cleaning
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Outstanding time management skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
