Sales Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an employee in the Sales Support, you have the opportunity to participate in international projects and thus realize unique lighting design spectacles

In Short

• You will support the sales team and ensure that everything is clarified and ready for the start of the project.
• Ensure all project participants are well-informed and supported, serving as the key contact for both customers and your team.
• Respond to customer inquiries within agreed timeframes, aligning solutions with budget guidelines and technical capabilities.
• Draft commercial documents in line with customer requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee the entire process from order placement to delivery, ensuring efficient and accurate execution.
• Manage inquiries on maintenance, repairs, and spare parts, and handle complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements

• You have 2-5 years of professional experience in the field of customer service.
• You are fluent in Italian and have strong communication capabilities.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience within the lighting design industry.
• Nice-to-Have: Education in a technical area.
• Nice-to-Have: Fluent German and/or English language skills for the international exchange.
