Envorso is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist our executives and sales team in driving business growth through seamless operational support. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficiency in the sales process by developing client-facing proposals, managing quote creation, refining sales presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline workflow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In Short

  • Create, refine, and deliver pricing quotes, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotes and RFP responses.
  • Develop visually compelling, persuasive, and data-driven sales presentations for client meetings.
  • Maintain and improve sales decks, case studies, and other client-facing materials.
  • Track and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy for reporting.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
  • Support sales executives by scheduling meetings, preparing pre-sales materials, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with executives on key accounts, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Gather industry insights, trends, and competitor data to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role within a B2B or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace skills.
  • Graphic design or PowerPoint enhancement skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to anticipate sales team needs, proactively address issues, and drive efficiencies.
