Overview

The Director of Sales Development will lead and scale the BDR organization at tvScientific, focusing on driving outbound pipeline generation and optimizing inbound lead conversion.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a team of BDRs across inbound, outbound, and affiliate channels.
  • Implement coaching and performance management frameworks.
  • Create and execute outbound business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on prospecting strategies.
  • Analyze funnel performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs from BDRs to AEs using Salesforce.
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops.
  • Provide feedback to inform campaign and targeting strategies.
  • Contribute to GTM planning and reporting discussions.
  • Drive results through effective team-building and coaching.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales development.
  • 4+ years leading BDR/SDR teams.
  • Experience in a high-velocity SaaS or AdTech environment.
  • Deep understanding of outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Strong Salesforce and sales engagement tool knowledge.
  • Passion for coaching and team-building.
  • Experience working with Demand Gen and Partner/Channel teams.
  • Highly analytical with data-driven insights.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-scaling SaaS company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with connected TV and digital media is a plus.
