Overview

The Customer Success Associate (CSA) role is a critical position within the Turquoise Health Customer Success team, designed to prepare team members for advancement to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) role. CSAs are involved in key areas that bridge customer support with strategic account management, and lead projects which ensure that customers receive value while engaging with the Turquoise Health platform and product suite.

In Short

  • Assist Customer Success team in developing strategic account plans.
  • Gradually assume more direct customer responsibilities.
  • Support all phases of the post-sales customer lifecycle.
  • Participate in key projects critical to the team’s success.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential customer churn risks.
  • Engage in learning opportunities to prepare for the CSM role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within life sciences.
  • Strong foundation in customer success principles and technologies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
  • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated individual with a desire to grow professionally.
