Overview

This is a fully remote role within the United States. The People Experience Manager adds the secret sauce for every person who joins, making sure the people working to fix healthcare's biggest problems actually love where they work.

In Short

  • Own employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate company summits and virtual events.
  • Design and manage recognition programs for employees.
  • Handle people operations responsibilities including compliance and onboarding.
  • Coordinate new hire welcome sessions and buddy programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external partners.
  • Create and distribute quarterly People Ops newsletters.
  • Provide support for engagement surveys and results communication.
  • Administer stipends and vendor operations for employee benefits.
  • Foster a sense of community in a remote work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in People Operations or related HR roles.
  • Experience in planning and executing company events.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to add warmth and creativity to employee experiences.
  • Experience in remote work environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Rippling, Canva, and Notion.
