Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, employee experience, or HR operations.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience using analytics to drive outcomes.
