• Proactive People Operations & Workplace Experience Manager
• Ensure seamless day-to-day employee experience
• Manage HR systems and compliance workflows
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Oversee daily operations of the NYC office
• Plan and execute in-office events and celebrations
• Partner with IT vendor for equipment management
• Gather employee feedback to improve workplace culture
• 3+ years of experience in HR or Operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements

• 3+ years in a People Operations, HR Generalist, or Office/Workplace Operations role
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and compliance processes
• Empathetic communicator with a service mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to support employees both in-person and remotely
• Passion for creating inclusive work environments
