Overview

The People Shared Service Coordinator will provide guidance and support to employees, manage HR processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience while working in a remote-centric culture.

In Short

  • Provide guidance to employees as a Self-Service Ambassador.
  • Validate new hire and employee change requests in the HRIS.
  • Initiate background checks and manage employee onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance and effective communication.
  • Manage internal payroll relationships and invoice approvals.
  • Participate in HR projects and maintain training materials.
  • Provide first-line HR policy queries and support.
  • Ensure accurate absence data on HRIS.
  • Assist with employee benefits enrollments and changes.
  • Support managers in processing sickness pay and leave advice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in HR Shared Service Center experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong research and change management skills.
  • Understanding of HR processes and regulations.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Experience with BambooHR and Jira is a plus.
  • Functional testing experience for HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
