Overview

As an Email Administrator, you will work collaboratively with the Email Marketing Team and Corporate Marketing in taking email requests, scheduling assignments, and providing necessary assets to the team and managing event emails. You will be responsible for ensuring that our emails are scheduled to deploy on time and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.

In Short

  • Intake email requests via the project management tool, Asana.
  • Maintain the Email Calendar with scheduled emails.
  • Request lists from Marketing Operations for mailing.
  • Upload email copy for localization needs.
  • Design emails in Stripo and export HTML.
  • Work with stakeholders on email approvals.
  • Support the email marketing team on reporting.
  • Manage event email invites.

Requirements

  • 6 months - 1 year experience using project management tools, preferably Asana.
  • Basic working knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of CRM platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and committed.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
