Associate Product Usage Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Associate Product Usage Analyst will support research and investigation into the misuse of Turnitin products, validating and halting offending accounts while working with internal stakeholders to identify trends.

In Short

• Support research into misuse of Turnitin products.
• Provide feedback on emerging trends in misuse.
• Monitor and analyze internal misuse reports.
• Identify security holes for unauthorized access.
• Document processes and procedures for improvements.
• Assist in projects to improve identification of misuse.
• Work with Product usage analyst on team objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 3+ years in a customer care role.
• Experience with Zendesk preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of SaaS.
• Experience with suspicious activity in Turnitin.
