Overview

The Internal Communications Manager for Europe will develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to enhance engagement and clarity among over 2,000 colleagues across 26 countries during a period of significant business transition.

• Own the internal communications plan for the Europe region.

• Support change communications during integration with CBRE Project Management.
• Drive consistency in messaging across various platforms.

• Promote best practices in communication tools like Viva Engage and Poppulo.
• Work closely with the Global Internal Communications team.
• Manage third-party agencies as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in developing internal communications strategies in complex environments.
• Proven experience with leadership communications for executives.
• Significant experience in change communications, especially during mergers.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to engage a diverse internal audience.
• Multi-lingual capabilities preferred.
• Experience in pan-European roles is a plus.
