Project Control Analyst - Life Sciences Construction - Remote

Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking a project control analyst to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services.

In Short

• Provide preconstruction support during project approval phase.
• Manage internal project budget/schedule of values for financial reporting.
• Manage external project budget and communications within project management software.
• Manage monthly forecasts and cash flows, and develop executive reports.
• Oversee vendor invoice review process and communication with accounts payable.
• Ensure accurate accrual reporting for existing POs.
• Facilitate change order routing and review processes.
• Review project financial health with management team monthly.
• Update internal and contractor risk register.
• Work closely with site scheduler for financial forecasts alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience.
• Ability to communicate financial status and schedule details clearly.
• Experience with project management, cost control, and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
