Production Control Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Production Control Analyst at Rockwell Automation is responsible for ensuring the security and accountability of inventory through various processes, including transaction documentation and system reviews, while working closely with the Production Planning Team Lead.

In Short

• Ensures security and accountability of inventory.
• Conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts.
• Analyzes and corrects cycle count discrepancies.
• Audits incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Compiles and documents transactions for data entry.
• Creates production plans based on various factors.
• Assists in resolving delivery compliance issues.
• Maintains accurate Bills of Materials.
• Develops knowledge of Material Requirements Planning.
• Supports product phase-in/out plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required.
• APICS Certification preferred.
• 2+ years of production control/material planning experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer-based manufacturing systems.
• Solid background in a manufacturing environment.
