Overview

The Content Product Analyst will have an opportunity to make a foundational impact on the product experience by working with product managers to shape the various ways that our content is discovered and consumed.

In Short

  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute data-driven experiments and A/B tests.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion rates, and content performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on statistical analysis.
  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Refine and enhance data infrastructure with the data engineering team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with executives and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven experience in product analytics with a track record of delivering insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product analytics.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis methods and experimental design.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus.
