Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of driving innovative initiatives.
• Deep understanding of software development workflows.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Golang, and JavaScript ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Ability to balance innovation with practical solutions.
• Experience with observability and development lifecycle tools.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience in vendor relationship and budget management.
