• Lead frontend technical decisions for projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of web applications.
• Design and implement new features using Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, CSS, and GraphQL to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with machine learning teams to integrate ML models and Large Language Models (LLMs) into the frontend.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create high-quality, user-centric features.
• Mentor junior engineers, helping them develop their technical skills.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to build integrated, full-stack solutions.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, specializing in frontend technologies.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and UI/UX best practices.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to deliver projects on time.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, specializing in frontend technologies.
• Expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and ES6.
• Strong understanding of Ruby on Rails or similar application framework.
• Proven ability to build scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and developing responsive, accessible web applications.
• Demonstrated experience leading frontend technical decisions.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
