The Staff Software Engineer - Frontend will be responsible for building high availability voice communication experiences, contributing to the Outreach product offering that facilitates millions of calls monthly.

Develop and enhance voice communication features for Outreach's platform.

Work with commercial CPaaS APIs and open-source communication software.
Ensure high availability and reliability of telecom systems.

Requirements

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience in developing large-scale web applications.
Proficient in web technologies: Javascript, HTML, CSS, React.
Experience with cloud-based service applications in Golang, Ruby, or C++.
Proven leadership skills in technical and project management.
Strong knowledge of complex software project delivery.
Experience with diagnosing real-time media quality issues (preferred).
Familiarity with VoIP technologies like WebRTC and SIP (preferred).
