Overview

The Production Control Analyst at Rockwell Automation will develop manufacturing plans to support plant goals such as efficiency, on-time delivery, inventory levels, and customer service.

• Develop manufacturing plans to meet plant goals.
• Implement purchase orders for parts supply.
• Analyze production order management for daily requirements.
• Create daily production efficiencies through order sequencing.
• Prepare weekly production schedules based on customer needs.
• Monitor customer service metrics and analyze performance gaps.
• Manage material availability and inventory levels using SAP.
• Create strategies for new product introductions.
• Work with management to prevent line stoppages.
• Update SAP material records for semi-finished goods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• One year of experience in Planning or Supply Chain.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint; advanced in Excel.
• Experience using SAP preferred.
• APICS Certification or pursuing it preferred.
