Sr. Project Controls Analyst - Remote

Overview

TD Thornton is seeking a Sr. Project Controls Analyst with scheduling expertise to join our team. You’ll control the scope, cost, and schedule for a portfolio of large-scale construction projects, often exceeding $25 million in value. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with on-site collaboration and meetings as needed across the Bay Area, including locations in San Francisco, Pittsburg, Oakland, San Jose, and Monterey.

In Short

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Input financial forecast data and provide analysis using SAP.
• Monitor and update cash flow projections.
• Analyze and report on variances in project costs and schedules.
• Assist with the execution and administration of contracts.
• Prepare and present updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Support the project team in identifying and tracking risks.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of scheduling experience, proficient in Primavera P6.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Construction experience, preferably on projects $25M.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to explain variances and track project progress.
• A self-starter attitude with excellent organizational skills.
