Traveling Assistant Project Manager - Retail Construction - Remote

Overview

As a Traveling Assistant Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will support the delivery of projects to Automotive Retail clients, primarily in the field with regional travel.

In Short

• Manage implementation of client’s Visual Identity standards.
• Oversee client teams including architects and engineers.
• Track and manage critical milestone activities.
• Ensure effective project governance and processes.
• Produce formal project status reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Manage project information flow through meetings and communications.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Respond quickly to RFIs and review status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• 4 years experience at a General Contractor or Architectural firm.
• Minimum of 3 years applicable experience.
• Proactive, organized, and thorough with a strong work ethic.
• Effective and collaborative team member.
• Exposure to project management software systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 70%.
