Construction Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Construction Project Manager will oversee project accomplishments, manage operations on job sites, and ensure compliance with various codes and standards during the contract's lifecycle.

• Manage the construction workflow from project origination to closeout.
• Meet with clients and design professionals to determine project requirements.
• Acquire and manage building permits and regulatory prerequisites.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Experience in Federal contracting is required.
• 10+ years of construction supervisory experience, with at least 3 years in a project manager role.
• B.S. degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or 10 years of direct experience.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Current safety credentials including OSHA 30, 1st Aid, and CPR.
• Professional credentials such as Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred.
• Knowledge of architectural and civil work principles.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• General Contractor’s License is a plus.
